After an inspired process that started in August 2022, the TSN staff and board have completed and approved our 2023 strategic plan, which begins some important conversations for advancing our organization and strengthening our growing global community of mental health storytellers.
We’ve focused on four main pillars:

We are excited about our refreshed and updated mission and vision statement. We’re proud of our first-ever organizational values that we will use to communicate what we believe as a community and what we stand for in the world, including strong commitments to equity and lived experience.
We are focused on deepening our program impact, including improving our training, creating more opportunities for high-quality engagement, and building deeper partnerships for the future.
We are working to build a sustainable base of resources and support so that TSN can grow and build its impact for years to come as we enter our fifth year as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
And we are focused on our organizational development, allowing us to be best positioned for change and for strategic opportunities to come, as we are improving our systems and practices.
While there is a lot of change and uncertainty that mental health organizations like TSN are undergoing, we believe that a deep strategic planning process has prepared us well for the future. We believe that while change can be anxious, it is also healthy. We know that ongoing and emerging conversations with Stability Leaders and partners will sustain our community, as we connect around shared values we take pride in as we share our vision with the world. We are excited for TSN’s strategic possibilities to come, and we want you to help us realize our future.
Thank you for your continued support of this movement and this mission, as we build it together.
